Original sales receipt or Order Number must accompany returns. We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
- within 7 calendar days of the delivery date
- must not be a special order or a custom order
- unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

- All returned items require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which must properly be displayed on the box
- Contact Golf Cart King LLC's customer service department before ANY shipping (1-877-960-5464)
- Have your receipt and order number handy for one of our agents
- Sometimes RMA numbers can take up to 72 hours to obtain
- Credit issued will be up to Golf Cart King's discretion and could take up to 3 weeks depending on season.
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT
A restocking fee of $30 may be charged for products returned that have been damaged by improper packaging, or which do not include all components (manuals, accessories, original packaging, etc.) Restocking requirements and fees may vary by type of product and amount/type of damage.
Damaged Items and Shortages
Please report any damaged or missing items within (3) days of delivery by calling 9AM to 6PM (Central Standard Time), Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Changes to or cancellations of orders must be reported to Golf Cart Kingwithin 24 hours after your order is submitted. If you change your mind regarding a product you have ordered and decided to cancel or change the order after it has already shipped, YOU MUST STILL ACCEPT DELIVERY OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER. If you refuse to accept delivery, you will still be liable for all shipping fees, brokerage charges and duty payable on the original order and on any products returned to us from the original order.
Most new products carry a 1-year warranty from date of purchase. To make a warranty claim after the first 30 days of purchase, call 877-960-5464. WE DO NOT OFFER WARRANTY ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN INSTALLED BY A GOLF CART COMPANY. Buyer must show invoice proof from legitimate golf cart repair company.
Clearance items and items sold at a discounted price are sold "AS IS" - At our sole discretion, we decide if there are refunds or returns on these items. Custom designed/ built/ engineered products are non-returnable and non-refundable. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS if they are installed incorrectly by the customer!
