Return Policy

The original sales receipt or order number must be provided for all returns. We accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 calendar days of delivery. After 30 days, exchanges or store credit may be offered at our sole discretion on items purchased from golfcartking.com.

To qualify, returned items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition, meaning they show no signs of installation, wear, or damage, and are not a special-order or made-to-order product.

If an item is received damaged or incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately. Defective items shipped from us qualify for a warranty replacement or store credit. Refunds are contingent upon inspection once the return is received.

If purchased in error or no longer wanted, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. A restocking fee and the original shipping cost may also apply if items are returned damaged, show installation marks, or are missing components. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Red Hawk Products: Items supplied by Red Hawk must be returned directly to Red Hawk. The manufacturer applies a 35% restocking fee on all returns, which will be deducted from your refund or credit in addition to the original shipping fee.

Bread Financing Orders: If your order was placed using Bread financing, your refund will be issued once the product is returned in new condition and any applicable restocking or shipping fees have been collected.
